BOOKING
You can request your reservation by contacting our Reservations Department by telephone or by email:

VOUCHER DELIVERY
DIGITAL DELIVERY
After confirmation of payment, the digital voucher is sent to the email address provided to our Reservations Department.

EXPIRATION DATE OF THE ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER
The voucher is valid for 12 months after the date of purchase.

USING THE ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER
To use your accommodation voucher, you must make a pre-booking. Reserving your stay in advance is required and therefore you will need to contact the hotel in order to check availability.
At the time of using the voucher, you will need to present it.

ACCUMULATION OF VOUCHERS
This voucher cannot be combined with other vouchers, discounts or promotions.

ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER EXCHANGE
You have up to 30 days before the voucher expires to exchange it for a superior voucher and upon payment of the respective upgrade.

ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER RETURN
You can return your voucher up to 15 days after the purchase date, after that date we will not make any reimbursement.

EXTRA BED
This voucher is valid for 2 people. If you wish to request an extra bed, you will be subject to the additional payment of the respective supplements.

ROOM UPGRADE
If you want to upgrade your room type, you will be subject to an additional payment of the respective supplement.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before your expected arrival date. If there is a late cancellation or a no-show, the voucher will be considered used.
